Australia Post is still operational as an essential service, although we predict some delays in postage. To reduce risk to ourselves, orders will be left in secure Australia Post boxes rather than lodged directly instore. This may mean that your tracking number may not register on Australia Post Item Tracking until scanned by an employee at a check-in destination.

Should we need to self-isolate or contract COVID-19, any orders awaiting fulfilment will have the option of a refund or delayed postage once the quarantine period has safely ended.
Our refunds policy remains unchanged. During our Cost Price Sale, there is no refund or exchange on sale items, or items purchased at a discounted price during the promotion period.
